Pricing and Payment

  • Prices: All prices are listed in INR and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout.
  • Payment Methods: We accept credit/debit cards, UPI, Netbanking, and COD. Payments must be completed before the order is processed.
  • Pricing Errors: In case of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel orders or correct the price.

Orders and Shipping

  • Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. This does not guarantee acceptance of your order, which is subject to stock availability and payment verification.
  • Shipping: Orders are typically processed within 3 business days and will be delivered within 7–10 days. Delivery timelines may vary based on the shipping method and location. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or customs clearance.
  • Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable.

Taxes & Duties

  • Domestic Orders: Taxes and duties are included in the product price.
  • International Orders: Import duties and taxes, if applicable, are to be paid by the recipient upon delivery. These charges vary by country and are beyond our control. For more details, please contact your local customs office.

Insurance

Every purchase from Miss Astute is insured while in transit until it is delivered to you. A signature is required upon delivery, at which point responsibility for the goods passes to you. If you’ve specified a recipient other than yourself (e.g., for a gift), evidence of their signature (or anyone at the delivery address) will serve as confirmation of delivery and fulfillment of your order.

Delivery Information

At Miss Astute, we strive to deliver your orders on time. However, delivery may take longer than expected due to circumstances beyond our control, such as bad weather, transportation delays, political disruptions, or other unforeseen events.
