To initiate a return, email us at
info@missastute.com within 2 days of delivery, along with your order ID and
reason for return, along with proof of damage. The return window automatically
closes after 2 days.

Items purchased during Clearance Sale,
Milestone Events, or Special Promotions (e.g., Birthday Sale) are not eligible
for returns or exchanges.

Miss Astute accepts returns only if:

 The product(s) delivered are different from
what was ordered.

 The product(s) are received in a damaged or
defective condition.

 An unboxing video is mandatory for any
return to be considered.
